Item Collection Download Failed, just one of many issues...

Recently DST has been giving us issues. Random freezing at the exact same time (we tried rolling back, going to different areas, turning off settings in the console, still would freeze. We deleted our 4700 day world and our moat recent 233 day world is freezing the same way the last world did.

Now, My wife and I tried starting another world and it gave us the message above. I have all characters unlocked and primarily play as Wortox while she plays as Wickerbottom. When we log in, it makes me choose a new character. Not sure what we can do to fix this.
