Hello again :D

Today I come with a very good suggestion, I think Õ.õ

It's kind of like this.

Anyone who plays with a controller knows very well how frustrating navigating the game's inventory is, so for a while now I've had this new idea for a better Qol in the backpack using a controller. It's nothing groundbreaking, because it already exists in the game, more specifically in the candy backpack. but for me, it would greatly improve inventory navigation.

The idea is kind of

Every time a new item is picked up, it goes into the character's inventory first. It would be in slot 1 first character, then slot 2, 3, and so on.

What if, in this new system, the collected items could be shared with the backpack? Slots 1 and 2 would belong to the character, while slot 3, instead of the item going to the character's inventory, would go to slot 1 of the backpack, which would be slot 3, slot 4 for the character, slot 5 for the backpack, and so on.

A silly example of mine: it's so frustrating when the character's inventory is almost full, filled from 1 to 10, and the person picks up a "new" item and it goes to slot 11 of the character's inventory, when it could much more easily go to slot 1 of the backpack, which would require far fewer inventory actions :(

can already imagine with this system, the armor went into the backpack inventory instead of the character's inventory or dropped on the ground. That would be a dream 🤤

As I mentioned before, this system already works on the candy backpack, however, it only works with sweets or toys. but I would really really really like it to be implemented for all backpacks. Please klei that's all I'm begging you. ^^

I think having a system where you can choose item categories to have priority in certain slots E.G void cowl in the furthest right or eyebone in backpack slot 4 could be very handy

Yes, I've thought about that too, but that would require adding combinable buttons to the game or having more options in the mapping settings. I'd love to remove the Inspect button. because I hardly ever use it.sketch-1768011666640.png.046b075259b5dfc8d4032541773d07bf.png
