The idea was to remove 5 (or more) points of Insight from characters. To get them back you need to level up a "bad skill tree," and for each "bad skill," you get one point back (maximum 5). Wilson won't have a "bad skill tree"; he shouldn't have any weaknesses.

I think this will make the game more balanced without a complete rework of skill trees.

It sounds like the talent matching method of "Project Zomboid"
