Can you create a full server with donate in dst?

Hey there

I recently started to think if you can actually make a fully automated server in dst. And I'm not meaning just dedicated server with vanilla survival, no. I mean the servers with custom mods and plugins like Minecraft servers where the players have their spawn and minigames to play. Something like Starving Floor but with a progress save. 

The only problem here is with mods (( especially with donate )) cause literally everyone can see not only what kind of mods the server has, but also every single line of code from it ._.

I've joined 1 time to a chinese server with a multiple worlds built in 1 server. Never seen that in other servers tho

What do you think about it?
