Due to another project requiring my laptop's GPU, I was forced to migrate my DST dedicated server from my Linux Mint install to a Windows 10 install. I reinstalled everything fresh, reconfigured everything as before. But unlike in Linux the server throws errors when attempting to download mods from my server mods collection on steam. It's always the same errors, as listed here:

I've tried disabling the firewall, the install is completely fresh as far as I'm aware.
Manually installing the mods does work, but ideally I'd like for them to be auto-updated, so I'd like to see how to fix this.

Any ideas?
