Change Filter and Buffer gates To max 600s

I was recently making a build that cycles Memory lacthes to send different ingredients out of my freezer every cycle so dupes can eat different things every cycle and it works But I need 3 Buffers and Filters because each one can only do a maximum of 200 second for some reason and I need to switch up the food every cycle, please update the maximum time allowed on the Filter and buffer
