How do i make modded glommer show up properly?

I made a reskin for glommer to play with my friends, and I based it off of another glommer reskin mod that I found on the workshop. 

Problem is, glommer keeps showing up as the original workshop mod, not the reskin that I made...

I tried unsubscribing from the workshop mod, and checked that the workshop file wasn't in my mods folder. I also restarted the game but it didn't work.

If anyone could let me know what I am doing wrong, I would be really grateful!!
