Winona's spotlights should check for the surrounding/world temperature instead of the current season.

The spotlights activating in different seasons WORKS a bit, but with what thermal stones received lately it's only fair the spotlights will get the same.

Recently, thermal stones check the world temperature, and fe. cool you down in the fumarole biome instead of heating.

 

Winona's spotlights should activate when they detect a low enough temperature in the surroundings, either in Winter/Spring or inside Ice Crystaleyezer's range.

This would make Ice Crystaleyezers work in tandem with Winona's spotlights, allowing for fun and creative combinations and base designs.
