What is my Teleportato Missing?

Hello, I am in adventure mode, and I swear I have collected and assembled all the pieces needed for the teleportato. I have traversed the entire map, and cannot find any new areas I could go in that could possibly have any more pieces. I compared mine with the one on the wiki and I cannot tell the difference. But whenever I go to it with my divining rod, I see no option for activation. I even killed the bishops and rooks surrounding it, and still nothing. Is there something I'm missing? I feel like it's gotta be something stupidly obvious but I just cannot figure it out for the life of me. Sorry the screenshot is at night, I know it's harder to see. This is in the base game, by the way. I don't have any of the expansions active in this save.

You have to put the divining rod into the smaller wooden frame at the bottom left of your screen 

 

then you can choose 4 items you have to take with you to the next phase of adventure mode
