Controller Scrolling / Navigation Clicking Noise

When using a controller, the clicking noise while navigating your inventory isn't the worst thing but over time has become quite irritating. I've searched for mods, asked a mod creator and have turned up empty, and also tried editing the files myself but that is above my ability. My current solution is to play with zero sfx audio but that's a huge bummer.
