Suggestion: Tool filter for Sweep and Mop

Having a tool filter for sweeping and mopping particular items, e.g. only minerals, or mopping only oil from a tile that has multiple fluids stacked, would be nice.

Alternatively maybe allow to:

1. open Materials Overlay

2. select desired Material, e.g. Minerals

3. when now clicking sweep and dragging the mouse over an area, only select the material displayed by the overlay, e.g. minerals.
