Ignoring wall restriction

To all my base builders out there, I built a lot of bases and only just now found out about this. 

Maybe you already know about it, but I just wanna make sure, you can build structures as close to a wall as you want to. Even closer than when you build the wall after you built the structure. 

If you build a wall and then attack it, until it is as small as it can be, it has no range restriction.

You can then build a structure right next to it.

And repair the wall afterwards.

it's not very grand but i've dabbled in doing that a couple times, in fact last october i used it in a super simple shrine

i know a few people in the shrines & bases thread also have done that though a lot of it is to put down planters, vases and other green things. i am pretty sure @linabagel has done a couple things using this method ^^
