Hi everyone, I preface by stating that English is not my first language, so i might misunderstand something here and there. I apologize for that.
There is a mod on the STEAM workshop which has not been updated since late July of 2022, I wanted to post an updated and "improved" version of it, and I wanted some information. The original mod does not have any mention of granted or denied permissions.

In the "What can I NOT Mod?" section of "Modding Don't Starve and Don't Starve Together", there are 3 points that kind of concern me:
-Mods that make use of other people's work without credited permission (from my understanding I'd be "in the clear" if i properly give credit to the original developers)
-Mods that contain copyrighted material of which you do not own or have permission to use (from my understanding i'd be "in the clear" if there is no Copyright © YEAR-YEAR "Person", which there is not)
-Any mod that makes use of art or assets not entirely created by the mod creator must include a link to where they are granted permission to utilize those assets either individually or under general license (the original mod makes use of effects like what i think is the beam of light from the Terrarium and modified assets like the Wooden Thing from single player Don't Starve)

I'd like to add in the mod a "transformation" which uses the animations/assets of the "Living Artifact" from Hamlet.
With all that said: am I in the clear?
