Change character skill trees to work per-server instead of per world, and have the unlock for insight be based on achievements instead of time.

How this would work:
- Every world, you start with 3 skill points unlocked for free, always. The affinity skill points are still locked behind beating the bosses behind them, and these DO persist throughout runs, tho you still have to equip the skill like normal.
- Skill points no longer share from other worlds, and instead are gained for every Achievement you complete.
- The celestial portal will keep all skill points that you unlocked in that world unlocked, but will ignore other worlds.

Okay, so we're going to have a minecraft advancements tab in dst now? And how about the XBOX achievements, are those gonna decide this?

No.
- Achievements are basically just beating bosses, with 1 exception unless klei wants smth else idk.
My full list of achievements would be:

- EVERY SINGLE BOSS, with these exceptions:
- multi phase battles give 1 insight point (which include things like warbot)
- mini-bosses do not count, aka varg spider queen lord of the fruit flies treeguard etc
- Twins of terror give 1 skill point
- Armored bearger, Crystal deerclops and possesed varg count for 1 skill point
- Also, i thought it'd be fun if completing the pearl questline fully and getting the p'pearl would give 1 insight point.

NOTE:
- a boss kill only counts if a player has dealt personal damage to the boss atleast once in any phase of the boss. FE: dealing damage to 1 twin of terror is enough for the point, same for the celestial bosses, HOWEVER, you must be online during the boss kill to get the point. Pearl insight is given to everyone always.

Optional stuff:

- adding a cap: I understand that max insight is very op for some survivors, and also wouldnt always work, so it makes sense if you wanted to add a cap like the original 15, or maybe a higher one.
- Making a craftable called the "Starving Warrior's Journal" which keeps track of which bosses you have defeated or not defeated
- Reworking certain characters to be less op with the tree or less bad without having the tree, tho this would take a while.
