Electrical Engineering Booster should be craftable at Crafting station

Usage of Soldering station are locked behind having "Electrical Engineering" skill and Right now Electrical Engineering Booster are created at Soldering station.

That create catch 22 where you need skill to craft thing that provide skill. That is not a big problem if you have Bionics and Biological Dupes at same base or start with one that have this skill (if yhou know that you will need it) BUT if there is bionicles-only base than you run into truble as now only way to get required skill is wait RNG from printing pod or creating bio dupe that will be used as sacrificial lamb for the omnissiah

You can get use of the soldiering station via the soldiering skill on bionics, if the EE booster was in the crafting station it would make operating comically cheap to max out

I didn't say it should cost less. 8 microchips are good enought price

Yeah I missed that you can get usage via "Schematics" skill on skill tree
