How do I change my mods folder?

Title, basically my ONI installation asks for more space username/one drive/docs/klei/oni/mods but I don't have that one drive thing and each time I open the game Ronivan's Legacy keeps "updating", I believe that's because there's "no space" in that folder but I have 55 Gb free in the C drive and the game is installed in a separate D drive, I haven't had any problem until I upgraded to Windows 11.

I already made a "Symbolic Link" but when I try to open it it says "(one drive location) is unavailable..." and there's no gameSettings.xml in the ONI_Data folder.

Any ideas?

I can't disable One Drive because my wife uses my HDD as a local backup for it, I managed to solve it 5 minutes ago by changing the default folders and changing my Documents folder to my HDD instead of anything to do with One Drive, also that OD that's for my wife is not the same folder that ONI asked for so I dunno what the heck happened there but I fixed it, same fix as if this problem occured on Windows 10.
