[Cosmetic] Make only Mighty Wolfgang rip sleeves off of normal cosmetics

I was working on some outfits, and wasn't aware that the stage between wimpy and mighty for Wolfgang lacks his sleeves, unless it's his own outfit, a neat detail, but a little limiting for outfit creation, especially considering it's the form I would assume many would see normally.

 

All I really wanna propose is that wimpy and normal Wolfgang will use the sleeves from any outfit, and only mighty Wolfgang will have ripped sleeves, providing a nice balance of the two options.

To add on for now, incase we don't get an official soluton, I commissioned ADM to create a mod that implements this, so for anyone finding this post that wants this and Klei hasn't seen it/added it yet, here's a client side mod for it;
