Wetter amphibian enemies.

I just noticed a number of enemies, frogs, mosquitos and the like didn't seem to be wet despite crawling out of the water.
It would be nice if amphibians were permanently wet (Like frogs), and mosquitoes which come from the water were wet for the early hours of the afternoon so the electric weapons, like the morning star worked better as pest and bug zappers to compliment their new properties.
