Bumber64 Posted September 9, 2025 Share Posted September 9, 2025 (edited) It seems like it'd be simple to include .po and .pot files defining text for prefabs you add to the game, but from what I can tell that's just not possible? I imagine if I tried naming these accordingly, they would end up overriding the entire vanilla language files. I saw posts implying the server sends the text directly to the clients, and you'd have to manually translate that to the client's preferred language once it arrives? Are vanilla prefabs different, or are they also all in the server's language? Not sure I want to go through this headache just to localize my mod properly. Even limiting all strings to a single language means having to swap them out with a modinfo setting. Surely there's a better way?
