Ping shown as "???", how to fix?

I was wondering why there are no one entering my server. So I invited a person new to the game to play with me, I didn't notice until now that maybe something was wrong with the game so I asked him what is your ping to my server, and they said it didn't show. But we are in the same region and the connection is good.

I did NOT use a dedicated server, just regular way of hosting.

I went to check the lobby to see servers with "???" and I found quite a number of servers that are around my region (Vietnam and China) that is NOT a dedicated server. So apparently no new solution had been implemented? And even Official Klei Dedicated servers showed up as ???. So there has been many potential server I could join simply being missed. And this is just server that state their region in the description/title, there are probably more servers with default name around my region with this problem.

 

I wanted to fix at least my server. So how do I do it? I went and configure my router but there are no port forwarding option. But there are port mapping, is it the same? And how do I check if the ping showed properly without asking other people to check it?

Is this configuration correct? (It's port mapping, I think the router is Huawei HG8145V5)

Note: The screenshot of ping not showing up properly is after I apply this configuration, so it obviously didn't work.

It's fixed now. Phew, found another person to help me.

The config was correct except for the WAN Name. There are two in my case so I need to test each option. 

HOPEFULLY IT'S A ONE TIME THING AND WILL NEVER BROKE.

Alright, it's suddenly doesn't work anymore. I tried to make Port Mapping rule in both WAN. 

I don't know what else I had to do.

I tried to fix this years ago, in my case it was just an isp nat thing, im with a company with restricted nat so my ping shows as??? And one of my friends on another isp can show the ping. 

Its really sad bc i loved to play with randoms in my worlds but no one ever joins my servers anymore. 

Klei had to fix this years ago with a region/country filter but they never did.
