Hello guys, now this is not the problem where my anti-virus is blocking dst. I have disabled my anti-virus, added this game on every single allowable area in the anti-virus, I have allowed it from the window's firewall and everything, still I can't turn the server on. I have tried opening with "run as admin". I also ran the dedicated server app and it said "Your server will not start". I checked the clients_log.txt and found this:

[00:00:21]: OnLoadPermissionList: APP:Klei//DoNotStarveTogether/client_save/adminlist.txt (Failure)

[00:00:21]: OnLoadUserIdList: APP:Klei//DoNotStarveTogether/client_save/whitelist.txt (Failure)

Klei said this is because of my avast anti-virus or window anti-virus but my world is 90 days old and it was literally working, I took 2 days break and it's now broken. I don't know what has happened. Can anyone please help me and I also don't know if this is the right place to put this post?

Open the zip file and copy the /MyServer/myCluster/cluster_token.txt file into your server cluster. 

No need to reinstall the server or scrap your world.

I copied the .rar world's cluster_token.txt file inside my world's cluster (there was none before in my world cluster). It looks like this as my world is in cloud save and when I loaded the world, it did take longer but still didn't work. Gave me the same error message "Dedicated Server Failed to Start". Also I think it's not the world's problem as I can't start any server.

Click this icon, and click "Convert To Local Save",and Back, and try to Resume World again.

If still doesn't work, please click the icon on picture again, and click "Open World Folder",and zip the whole folder, and attach here. I'll  help you to check your configurations.

You can try again by following my steps below:

你可以再按照我的步骤试下:

1. Create a new folder next to the "CloudSaves" folder (i.e., in the same parent directory). Name this new folder "Cluster_1". However, if there is already a "Cluster_1" folder there, then name the new one "Cluster_2". If "Cluster_2" also exists, then name it "Cluster_3", and so on.

1. 首先在"CloudSaves"文件夹的旁边(也就是同级目录下)新建一个文件夹,名字叫"Cluster_1",但是如果当前目录下已经有"Cluster_1"文件夹了,那新建的这个文件夹就叫"Cluster_2",如果有2了那你就叫3,以此类推。

2. Move the 4 files you just sent into this newly created folder.

3. Extract the "Master.zip" and "Caves.zip" files, and then delete the original .zip files afterwards, as shown in the image below:

4. Delete the "264E7EBAB9B31552" folder inside the "CloudSaves" folder.

After completing the above steps, launch the game to see if it works. If it still doesn't work, please try again after disabling all mods.

完成以上步骤后进入游戏看看是否起作用,如果还没起作用那就请禁用掉所有的模组再试一遍。

Im also having the same problem after the lastest update, before that my world worked perfectly fine. I tried everything I could but NOTHING WORKS. Pls help
