Bro plays without music ?

Why does Scion receive such polarizing attention? Because people are people. Whenever something completely different from the norm is introduced, people feel conservative defensive instinct. I think this makes Scion underrated.

I can't agree to Scion's damage floors disappearing over time, because that would make Scion a normal boss. Even with the current design, the damage floors are spawned in a cone, so one mistake doesn't ruin everything. You can survive many slams by standing on the damage floor and guiding the slam, so there's no time limit.

But maybe wouldn't it be better to remove the grogginess of the damage floors...? That's probably the most troublesome thing about damage floors and this creates a vicious cycle where one mistake makes the battle even more difficult, but if you can make its pointless by bringing in 100 mushy cakes, then I think that it is pointless. Like instead of all the damage floors causing grogginess, only some portion of them cause it?

Some bangers are too banger to not listen to a dozen times.

Maybe. But listening to them 10 times on the boss is just trash for me

When I killed Bee Queen for 30 minutes, her music really drove me crazy with its repetitions...

i think it's because the bosses are still new, so people haven't warmed up to them yet, nor found all the optimal ways to make them easier than a deerclops.

i'm in various fandoms and i always notice that whenever something new releases people will begin to hate it for about a year until newer content releases to put it into perspective, then suddenly it's either praised or treated with the same respect the other content had

Personally I don't like the Celestial Scion fight because I think it doesn't do a whole lot for all the build up that goes into it.
It only has 3 atacks, which to me makes the fight feel dragged out. AFW also has a lot of buildup and feels great because it's always doing something different and it demands some input beyond atacking and dodging.

Maybe I'm just looking at the fight wrong, If it's supposed to be a final phase for Warbot then I guess it's fine (great honestly) but it lasts way too long and I feel like the game expects you to treat it as its own boss so Idk... one or two new atacks would do it for me i guess

Celestial Scion is like if Ancient Fuelweaver only had a melee attack, and then gained the bone spiral attack + the woven shadow summon at 10k health, and they each healed for 2k health. Like, yeah that's pretty punishing, and there's something else other than dodging you have to worry about, but there's not much else going on.

IMO, there needs to be some mechanic tied to enlightenment and/or, as you said, some more attacks to shake things up.

I hate the Sicon a lot more than WARBOT. it's just WARBOT is a little annoying, if your not paying attention you can easily get hit 3 times in a row which can be pretty bad (especially if your playing a fragile character). I just bring a ton of healing so I don't have to worry too much.
