Move some things out of the 'all standard' storage category

Players might not want to put things such as liquefiables, power banks, pdirt/pmud, solid methane?, and solid nuclear waste in a general storage for various reasons.

The criteria I propose for moving things to 'non-standard,' besides the ones already there, are:
- melts/sublimates below 60°C
- offgases
- can react violently with environment (power banks)

I think anything that doesn’t exist at room temperature makes sense to go outside of the “all standard” filter too

Edible and cooking ingredient too.

take rot piles out of the bio group. it's a hassle to try and make sure to uncapture it once it shows up and also polluted dirt.

A 'waste' cat/group, maybe?
