Debris should be selected depending on the type of material selected in the materials overlay

Here I've got consumable ore selected in the materials overlay. I'd like to click on the bleach stone and order dupes to pick it up so it doesn't off-gas too much. Unfortunately I first have to click through like 20 other debris that are in this tile before I finally land on the bleach stone.

This is annoying and, in my opinion, quite unintuitve since the materials overlay really makes it look like it'd help you select specific debris; what with how it highlights it and doesn't show the names of other debris in the pile when you hover over it
