Creating a character bad at cooking

Hi, so it is my first time attempting to create a character mod. I am making it based on a character that is bad at cooking so I was wondering if there is a way to make a character bad at or unable to cook altogether. I thought about making every food they cook turn into Steamed Twigs for example. Is it possible? Apologies if this is not allowed (?) it is also my first time posting here. Thank you for reading.
