How do you give the torch to the shrine because the option to give is overridden by burning it down

You can't for now. I already did a bug report, gotta wait for them to fix it

This has been reported on for years now. They did the same thing with the bug report through console where they assigned one button two functions. Probably the easiest fix in the world. The devs for console need replaced a long time ago, they can't do the simplest things.

You don't. It means that some of the game content is completely inaccessible.

Is anyone was wondering, this bug was "added" into the game in the Scrappy Scavengers update, when controller customization was introduced.
