A unique biome in caves is that it becomes quite uninteresting due to shadow creatures constantly attacking the player. This doesn't even happen in the ruins, as they have nightmare cycles there.

On the surface, Wagstaff would be removed. In Lunar Grotto, they could provide a similar solution for Nightmare Rampart.

As much as I find the idea alright, I don't think wagstaff's death would put an end to the conflict. If anything its just a little bit of infighting.

I think what they mean is removing the ramparts after final shadow boss (which should get added in next update) dies, making an analogy between that and wagstaff getting removed from the world after final lunar boss dies.

It would be Charlie’s death that would stop it.

i hate this feature anyway i find it annoying.
