I don't get the new electric mechanism on WX-78

WX-78 used to react differently to lightening due to being a robot, and immune to the new electric fence. But other "electric shock" not seems to be special to WX than to other characters. For example Moongleam still do damage to WX, and not immune to charged Volt goat's damage rebound. I mean are these omitted or it just the design?

Idk about the rest, but WX does explicitly say the moon gleams isn't compatible with their circuits. So those have a valid reason at least.

WX is only immune to Volt Goat retaliation damage if they have the Electrification Circuit in, which is a kind of funny inconsistency. For other characters you have to wear insulation. In all honesty I think they kept it in so the electrification circuit would look a bit more useful, but now since it got an actual buff I think WX can just have electric immunity to make their reaction to it a bit more consistent across the board.
