Bright-Beaked Birds, in their current state, are a bit underwhelming. They spawn in, maybe eat a bit of moon glass, and then fly away and despawn, and that's it. What if instead, once a group of them spawns around the player, they become a permanent addition to the world? In addition to crows and redbirds, Bright-Beaked Birds could randomly spawn around the player!

Lunar Hail already simulates as if it was happening across the entire world, with structures and plants getting glass buildup even when unloaded, so logically there should be HUNDREDS of birds getting struck down by lunar hail, rather than just a handful that the player can see. If they could be seen flying down normally after the fact, this would help it feel like a world-wide event with lasting consequences even more than it already does!

Yeah, it would be nice to see these new birds around more!
Maybe moonblind crows and misshapen birds could also keep appearing inside moonstorms after the event they're first in (but after that, just individually, at random, like normal birds)
It would also be nice if bright-eyed frogs could spawn from ponds in addition to frog rain!
