Can't you already disable rifts and sanity monsters?

Disabling lunar and pirate islands should probably be done by mods, since it affects a bunch of content and you'd need an alternative. Imagine Wagstaff asking for a map containing Moon Quay, and you just... can't. (There's already a problem with caves disabled. Klei doesn't really account for the setting at all.)

wagstuff wouldnt ask anything if any content related to him would be disabled! Also player buys game to play it, not wasting tons of time with mods (except minecraft which became some sort of engine where u build ur own game with mods)! Some people even come back home from work too tired to waste on this on mods!
