Toggle *ON* And *OFF* the new Enlightened Crown effect

Personally, I find it a bit exhausting to have the Enlightened effect active all the time. There are moments when I’d prefer to remove the jewel and but wasting an slot on that, is sometimes frustrating. A toggle option to turn the effect on or off would be a great improvement

(Seriously, why make the upgrade to the crown blinding? Please either remove the filter, or make it toggleable/dimmable.)

The game's really overdue for a menu where you can disable/lessen different filters. Maxwell already gets a lessened effect from low sanity, so I imagine the technology is there to have both a "none" and "less" option similar to world settings.

It especially sucks on controller since you can't quick slot it in or put it back in your inventory, so to put it in you have to do two trips through the inventory and also forcing your character to stop from opening the big menu, and then to get rid of it at a moderate pace you have to drop it on the ground 

It's not THAT big of a deal but it gets annoying imo

this one hurts QWP, and in consoles you cant use mods, that would be an great thing
for me the always on Sound of lunacy and collors are hurting my head sometimes. but looking at people tha use controllers this is an greater nuisance that was in my head

probably somone will make an mod about this, but now that i tougth people on consoles wont have it, and seeing how it made me fell unconrfotable after some time ( i almost play every time insane as maxwell and never felt that bad) so i think this would help many people too
