I feel like it'd put the armor set in a good spot since it tends to get overshadowed by rift gear post-rifts and costs an enlightened shard to craft. If we're letting Scrappy drop a blueprint for the handy Electric Fence, then I think WARBIS gear and the repair kit should drop from him, too. It'd parallel the Dreadstone set you got for defeating him in the caves, would see more use due to it being obtained pre-rifts, and it's not too easy to aquire, as you'd need to kill 2 raid bosses for it, which wouldn't make it too strong. The enlightened shard in the recipe could be changed to some frazzled wires, moon rocks or moon glass, too. Honestly, I hope Scrappy just gets better loot in general, as currently, the rewards aren't worth killing an 10k HP boss for. It'd also be neat for it to drop the mats for it, too. Just like how he does underground.
