Currently these buildings outputs green signal when they are full of radbolts, which means that when there is overflow (e.g. when 20 units of radbolts shooting into MRT but MRT already contains 90 units of radbolts), handling the overflowing radbolts can be complicated. I think it could be better if players could manually set the threshold above which these buildings sends green signal. (like when set to 90%, they send a green signal to stop Radbolt Generator generating new radbolts even though they are actually storing 91% or 92% of radbolts.)
