Endgame Terraforming

What if you could unlock the ability to terraform the world to your locking for beating the final final boss of the game. The Celestial scion doesn't really have that much reward that incentives you to defeat it. It is also a really really hard boss. So I feel like being able to really shape your world after you have done everything else would kind of be poetic in a way.

The substrate you get from wagstaff is kind of a perfect introduction to this mechanic. So it would kind of be hinting at the reward before you start the fight.

Alternatively you could just allow us to put turf in dock.
