Bright-Eyed Frogs should appear from ponds during rifts

Rift frogs appear too rarely, which is bad because moon rifts have very few mobs.  I suggest that moon frogs must appear from ponds during the opening of rifts and that the pond crystallize for a while after the moon hail.

@V2C I don't want to distract the team, because I know how busy they are right now finalizing half of the update, but I am very worried about the state of the lunar faults, because judging by the latest streams of any global changes after the closure of the arch, we are unlikely to receive any soon.

My actual issue with them is why are they planar entities, when penguins and hounds aren't. It feels a bit confusing and not matching. They're all "small" creatures, so either make them all planar or not, to make it a bit more in line, idk

I'd imagine that the ponds will remain the same until lunar hail begins, causing the ponds to crystallize, then spawning the lunar frogs from them. (we'll see if that's part of the "change" that will occur when the 2nd part of the beta drops for the hail update)

I thnik it should work that way- if infused moonshard fall into ponds it's starts glowing and change colour- then for 2 days it's spawn mutated frogs.

It could also work for mosquito but I guess it's harder to do

I had a similar concept, which is a bit outdated, but it's visually appealing.

Just as an additional idea: if Pengull appeared during the lunar hail, they would become the lunar version

Moonrock Pengulls and Horror Hounds are just regular animals, with their bodies distorted by the energy coming off of the Lunar Island. Bright-Eyed Frogs on the other hand have entire gestalts inside, which is the usual indicator for what lunar enemies have planar protection.
