Can't host any server

I've just downloaded the game, and I can't host any server for days, it just shows up the cause is out of memory, but I try everything, from clearing RAM, to  clearing disk C, but it didn't seem to work. Can anyone help me fix this problem?

How much RAM do you have?

Windows itself is very memory hungry to the point that Windows itself might use like 8Gb or more. If you have a total of 8Gb and the DST Server requests another 1Gb, Windows will deny the request and you'll get an out of memory error.

The other option would be that you are running the 32bit version of the server, which can cause issues, especially once you start using mods.

I do have total 8 GB RAM, but my friend used to play DST with only 4 GB RAM. And I've just downloaded the game, the out of memory box just pop up right when I create the first server.
