Pincha Pepper Shakers in the mess hall.

Much like grinding salt gives you table salt, i suggest we get pepper shakers on the opposite sides of the mess tables by smashing peppers in the rock crusher.

I understand we can spice foods as well using a later building, but i feel like there is room for both! we need some fresh pepper to go with the salt!
