donutman07
It would be nice to be able to build a tile that reduced the amount of light passing through it by a set percentage similar to how tiles block a percentage of radiation. I'm on a planetoid that has blindingly bright light, and it would be cool to let just enough light through to get the decor and work speed benefits but not give my duplicant a sunburn! If this already exists, please let me know! Cheers 1 Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/166828-sunscreen-tile/ Share on other sites
PowerPowerPower
Liquids and gasses will block a percentage of the light depending on their pressure, so you can use a layer of liquid of a certain depth to temper the amount of light coming through, though oxygen is perfectly transparent, it never blocks light. Bzhydack
Window Tiles stop 10% of the light. Just make 2 or 3 layers. 1 Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/166828-sunscreen-tile/#findComment-1825649 Share on other sites
