Bar Recreational Building

I was telling a friend about the game and he was surprised that it had ethanol, but they you couldn't pipe it into a recreational building for your dups. 

It might be an interesting building to add.

 A bar building that accepted piped ethanol. Dups would drink there and get a large stress reduction, but an athletics debuff for 1/3 of a cycle. 

Maybe you can enable cocktail recipes that add ingredients like pincha pepper or balm lilly etc, to add other effects.

The fun challenge would be to either accept the athletics debuff to manage stress, or figure out how to arrange to have dups only visit it before sleep.

It should have a cute animation of a the first dup shaking up a pouring drinks, and two or 3 others sitting at the bar and chatting.

The idea of a beautifully designed bar with alcoholic beverages sounds good. 

However, I haven't seen Klei implementing any of the creative ideas mentioned in this forum in the last long time.

I suggested many things myself before.
