Are we still able to get incomplete experiments blueprint after killing scion?

As title, players in public server group are claiming that you can’t get incomplete experiments bp after killing scion.

Is this true? And is there other way to get them?

Dont expect Winona method cause the player with bp is gone, and there’s no structure built in world rn, so u can’t scan it for bp

This is because the update wasn't very well thought out, as proven with pearls ordeal.

Ok sure you need the incomplete experiment to kill cc and without it your softlocked from killing them again but I can live with that softlock, but the potato hat, now the games just unplayable.
