What kind of employee does klei need the most?

I am a 16 year old and i would love to work at Klei in the future. I am most interested in dont starve but i want to know what would make me most appealing to Klei employers. The main question is what kind of skills does Klei want in an employee? for example lets say Klei knows a game is very popular and they want to get as many people working on that game. If i knew what game that was or just in general what skills they will need in the future i could learn about that game and those skills as i age so whenever i am at the age to work for Klei i will be completely equipped and ready with all the knowledge they will need from me. if they told me dont starve is their priority i could learn about the game's programing and practice by making mods for the game and by the time they need me I'm already very experienced in the field. They could tell me what kind of employee is most needed in the future, a programmer, an artist, or an idea man and i could be whatever they needed me to be when the time comes. so it would be great if i knew what i had to prepare for, or maybe it doesn't work like that and a big business like that is not as linear as i had thought. Either way I would be grateful for any insight any of you could bestow upon me.
