Game save file loss bug

This morning, I was playing smoothly and had accumulated 30 hours of game time. When I entered the game just now, an error message appeared in the upper left corner. Since my English isn't good, I didn't understand the content of the error. After pressing ESC to exit the error message in the upper left corner and entering the game, I found that the save file was lost. Even the second and third characters weren't unlocked. The game can still be played, but a lot of content is missing. I'm really sad about the loss of the save file, and I don't want to play through it all over again.
