Ribby
They might be a bit spiky but I'm sure a mighty Rhex could handle them if you allow them to develop a taste for sea food 😉 Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/166605-let-rhex-eat-pokeshells/ Share on other sites
tHe_silent_H
I'd prefer a Jawbo morph(egg chance from eating shellfish) that eats all types of pokeshells(and shellfish) but not pacu. give sanishells another use. could excrete another metal ore, maybe a precursor to irriduim to make it renewable outside of a space POI Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/166605-let-rhex-eat-pokeshells/#findComment-1823942 Share on other sites
blakemw
There is a thing where Rhexes can eat only he babies of certain species, Lumblets anyway. It'd kind of make sense if they could at least eat baby pokeshells, or at least the baby sanishells. Gameplay-wise though, it doesn't make a ton of sense to actually do it. Pokeshells and morphs are relatively arduous to feed, I don't think there's any scenario where it'd actually make sense to feed pokeshells or oakshells rather than keeping them alive for the moults. Sanishells don't drop moults, so maybe, especially if feeding them Slime. But still, there tend to be other critters which are way less work to feed than Sanishells. Now, the idea of a Rhex (or Jawbo) Morph that eats Pokeshells is a different matter, as it could have more valuable excrement or scales which in some way justifies the high cost of breeding pokeshells. Like we have the Regal Bammoth which is shorn for Gold Amalgam. We could image like a Crystal Rhex which is shorn for Diamonds or something.
