Make a unique tag for liquid propellants

Since there’s now multiple liquids that can be used to make blastshot they should get their own tag to avoid confusion, make adding more materials with this property easier, and allow for extending this relationship to other cases, like jet suits and petroleum engines. It could be called something like “liquid propellant” to fit with the naming scheme of plastic monomers and combustible liquids, or just “jet fuel” for something simpler.
