Players should be able to gain access to Celestial Crafting Recipes when wearing Enlightened Crown

For now the lunar arc is concluded, and we got another Glass Cutter skin. I really wanna try the Glass Cutter in practical gameplays, but it's quite hard to do so because you cannot learn the recipes. Without bundling wrap you'll lose a large portion of your inventory space. The durability is so low considering you cannot make it from wherever you are.

So I suggest things like I said in the title. Gaining access to Celestial Crafting Recipes when wearing Enlightened Crown. With such a change it would be much more convenient to spend your abundant moon glass for glass cutters and axe after CC.
