Industrial geotuner story building

Story building that acts like a powerful geotuner.

Needs line of sight to space. Fires at another planet to cause the effects.

Activates all the target planets geysers,vents, etc under a special timer. So it effects everything on the planet, drawback of effecting them all at once. But saves the normal cycle timer for after the effects end. And requires no non-renewable resources. 

Combined with geotuners to super heat materials and produce large quantities of resources mid-late game.
