Plug Slugs in Care Packages

They fit well in some new loops, but I've never seen one, ever, in a care package. Is there a reason for that?

I know what start gives them, but them seem unavailable in other starts unless you are very late and chose to have that fragment spawn. When you mix biomes you can get almost everything else from either a mixed biome or a care package. You know bog bucket seeds too, now I think about it.

Thanks. Explains why I didn't see them. I'm restarting every minor patch on test, so not hitting 500.

Discovery & 500 also makes them much less useful, which is a pity as late early/early mid seems to be the spot they fit: No hydrogen vent, using pO2 not electrolyzer yet. Spaced Out owned and biomes mixed, but regular start, non-swamp, so I'm not hitting space to discover them as fast as a Spaced Out start. By the time I'd see them, I won't care ...
