I gotta say, the WARBOT fight is pretty good generally (aside from the heat seeking missiles), however, I kinda take issue to the final phase of the bossfight fight, specifically the attack in which the boss will cover the ground with a layer of damage dealing "stuff".

To begin with, I think the attack in which the boss spawns an (as to my knowledge) unremovable carpet of damage is not very fair. This is because, for one, there is no way to remove said area of damage. During my testings, the boss would sometimes venture into these areas, making you unable to reach the boss. In addition, after a while, the whole arena will be covered with these damage sources, making it an automatic loss. I know that you can get around it by baiting the boss to fire towards the edge of the arena, or towards a location in which the attack is already cast. However, I think that this approach is impractical during co-op, with multiple players needing to all coordinate correctly to avoid this attack. Thus, the players are encouraged to solo the boss. Furthermore, it might just be an issue relating to my set up, but the new attack will make the server somewhat laggy. This might be an issue on less powerful machines. 

I think that a very quick way to fix this is to have the lunar stuff disappear on a timer. However, this might make the final phase a bit too easy. So overall, I think that the final design of the boss is very cool, but one of its attacks is just too annoying to deal with.

Personally i think that because this carpet of dmg seems to be electric its actually incomplete cause with the new electric damge we are suposed to get this update the attack will behave diferently.

I think heat missiles should also be revisited, just make them so if there is any heat source on the arena aside the player the missiles target those, its very ackward having 10 stars on the right but because warbot is a bit to far away they still hit you

For the dmg carpet i think that it could be cool if it had more of a bullet hell aproach, and instead of an area in front of the boss, it made the carpet appear in badges on the arena.

Yes, I would agree, it kinda feels like both extremely lock and key, and as a free damage period
