Some character assets are visible, but a majority arent

Hello, I got my mod to work, but only the map icon and self inspect icons show up, the rest of the assets do not appear.

I figured it was an anim problem so I borrowed and renamed the example character zipped animation folders and put it in my anim folder, but no dice. 

Could someone help me here or suggest solutions?
