Mariolo
I think this is how a Jawbo ranch would look like. The main challenge is that Pacu fillet spoils very quickly so you want the correct Pacu/Jawbo ratio. Pacu lay 13 eggs throughout their lifetime so you want 2 Pacu for every 1 Jawbo. Really it is more simple than it looks. When the breeder has less than 10 pacu it opens the right door and closes the left door. It is possible for 2 pacu to fall at the same time in the breeder ranch but it is big enough that this shouldn't be a problem. On that note the fish only consider the size of the liquid tank, wether it's accessible to them doesn't matter so the mesh tiles allow you to make a big tank but restrict their movement The pacu that don't go to the breeder ranch stay on the water tile until they die and the autosweeper feeds the Jawbo. This ensures that a minimum amount of pacu fillet stays in the feeder preventing it from spoiling. Jawbo are actually very powerful. If you are ranching pacu there's very little reason not to ranch Jawbo. They make more lime and more fish, increasing the output of every pacu. Now for some changes that I would like to see, Jawbo are very tedious to tame, similar to what pacu used to be. Even though they are carnivores there's no reason to feed them live prey since they don't get a happiness bonus from that. One of the things I like about the Rhex is that feeding it live prey is more efficient than raw meat. I think it would be great to give Jawbo the same treatment. They could also get a happiness boost from eating live prey, and they could make it so that eating tamed pacu starts taming them too. This would make the ranch designing process more fun and rewarding. 1 Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/166007-jawbo-ranching/ Share on other sites

yulong11
Aquatic creatures will require grooming stations in water to sustain happiness without relying on feeders, supporting future additions of more aquatic critters.
